This 15 minute at home bodyweight workout is designed to help you build muscle and strength. If you want to show off those toned, this is your option! No need to break out the weights for this workout, though. Today, all you need is a bit of space.

Today we have a few options for you this fine Tuesday. Your first option is another workout with our Buddy Joe. Joe is just a cool guy. Today he provides some pre-workout stretching that is helpful for the joints. Take advantage of each aspect he provides you in your workout. You really can't go wrong working out with Joe every day.
Your second option is a tabata workout from Pop Sugar. If you don't want to workout with Joe and you wanna stick with more of a Tabata style workout, since it's Tuesday... we have a workout from Pop Sugar. TheirYoutube page provides all different types of workouts from a variety of people. Twenty seconds of work, ten seconds of rest. |

I used BASIC movements, that are not too complicated or hard to perform 2. the workout sequences REPEAT, giving you a chance to get used to the movements & get a better feeling for them 3. a couple of BREAKS. Happy Wednesday students! What better way to kick off your mid-week than with a HIIT routine? This is a super beginner friendly, yet challenging routine for those who are new to working out. I hope you enjoy the moves that will tone and melt fat off your body. Do this video twice for a total of 20 minutes if you want to burn extra calories. One round is sufficient as well for any newbies :)

Directions: Students have 10 seconds to choose which of the 2 options is their favorite, and they step to either side of the room or area to show their choice (divide area in half with cones, rope, etc). Then another timer appears for 30 seconds along with an exercise GIF depending on which choice they made. There are 10 slides of choices.

You will need a chair and a soft place to put it, like carpet or a mat... labradoodle optional. Please be advised that when completing the sit-ups, that you should NOT pull on your head and neck. Remember to lift the top half of your body with your abdominal muscles! |

Since we didn't give you a workout yesterday with The Body Coach, we thought we'd get you one today! It is a 20 minute workout. Remember HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. Short bursts of hard effort repeated to improve your overall health. Joe is a great trainer, and keeps you entertained while being encouraged. He does the whole workout with you which is really great.

This video is short, about 4 minutes. Our challenge is for you to stop and do it a few times throughout the day! Try not to sit at a computer (or just sit for that matter) for longer than two hours at a time.

Friday is already here. Another round of Yoga for you. We thought it only appropriate to introduce you to this particular workout; Yoga for Anxiety and Stress. Though your stress may be coming from different places, so it is important to be able to take time out to recognize that you may be a bit stressed out. Yoga is a great coping mechanism for tension, anxiety and stress. Enjoy!
